Process Control

Process parameters such as pressure, flow, dimension and temperature can be easily measured and stored and analysed:

  • What is when produced?
  • How Many raw materials and energy are consumed?
  • Which raw materials are used in which product?
  • What is the quality of the products?
  • Is there a need for maintenance?
  • Change Parameters remotely
  • Detecting different behaviors:
    • Measuring and capturing a Good running process
    • Indicate Limit values
    • When exceeding these limit values alarm

For example, a punch press can continuously measure the thickness of the material that has been put up, as well as hydraulic pressures, temperatures, etc. It is even possible to measure wear and tear on tools with Trillingssensoren. If 1 of these parameters arrives above or below set limit values, the process can be stopped before rejection production is created.
